We believe that our contracted out/outsourced model is the best solution for most clients but you tell us what you want and we’ll try to provide the option you prefer.

Under the contracted out/outsourced model at Skills Provision there is:

• No premium is charged for overtime, weekend work, bank holidays or shift work.
• We take care of all employee tax deductions, employers’ National insurance.
• 28 days holiday pay and all sickness benefits.
• Our clients pay an hourly rate + VAT.

For higher paid jobs over £30,000 per annum Skills Provision offers a specialised headhunting service.
