Presently I'm working in United Arab Emirates as Demi chef de partie in five hotels and resorts. I have 4 years experience in culinary. I'm handling ala carte kitchen my roll in my kitchen making good food following recipes giving everyday tasks to my commis. Checking quality of the food assisting my senior chef etc.
