Associated Motorways LTD - Manufacturing Director (September 2017- February 2022) : Operational leadership for AMW Manufacturing with full P&L responsibility. Development of local and export markets and management of 275 Full Time Equivalents.
Trelleborg Wheel Systems - Director, Product and Process Improvement (May 2011-September 2017) : Driving operational efficiencies and manufacturing excellence across Trellebeorg Wheel Systems operations in Sri Lanka, China, Brazil and Czech Republic, along with direct operational responsibility for Sri Lankan tyre production facility consisting of 700 + Full Time Equivalents.
