I have been working for four years in Australia, including three as an apprentice.
Over this time I've primarily worked in fine dining venues on pastry, larder, and pans sections, and recently gained experience making bread and cheese. My strongest area, and main interest, is in pastry/baking.
I am able to manage my own section and other members of staff, work efficiently, and follow directions.
I am passionate about this work, and want to continue developing my skills in a professional kitchen with a strong team.
