" I’m a registered nurse with valid nursing registration from Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council.I have gained a lot of skills in patient care including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. I have also acted as a team leader and supervisor when needed.My main focus is on patient centred care and their safety. My responsibility was to administer medication including iv fluids, blood and blood products , doing physical assessment, updating patient records, assisting doctors in various procedures and carrying out different roles.My desire is to be a part of the exceptional and compassionate team of multidisciplinary professionals to provide high quality and effective care.It will improve my personal skill, professional development and also help me gain different experience.
